A traditional Hammam is also available on site, offering a deeply purifying and grounding experience.

For those choosing a 14-day retreat, a Panchakarma program may be offered following a consultation (on-site or online), along with a mandatory two-week preparation including dietary and lifestyle adjustments.

Enjoy moments of deep relaxation by the heated infinity pool, crafted in traditional tadelakt and completely chlorine-free, while taking in the panoramic landscape.

If you feel drawn to the ocean, a peaceful 15–20 minute walk will lead you to the wild beach of Sidi Kaouki.

Your meals are lovingly prepared by Imane, a talented chef trained in our Ayurvedic approach.

She creates delicious, nourishing dishes inspired by the six Ayurvedic tastes, using fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.

Each meal is designed to support your healing process while delighting your senses.

A BEAUTIFUL CLOSING EXPERIENCE

Your retreat concludes with a traditional Hammam ritual and body scrub performed by experienced Berber therapists (unless contraindicated), followed by a visit to the enchanting Medina of Essaouira.

• Duration: 7 or 14 days (depending on availability)

• Group size: limited to a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience

ARRIVAL & TRANSFERS

• Saturday: Arrival in Marrakech. Overnight stay at your convenience (recommended: Hotel IBN Batouta).

• Sunday at 1:00 PM: Meeting at Hotel IBN Batouta and transfer to Sidi Kaouki by private minibus (approx. 2h45).

• Direct arrival option: You may fly directly to Essaouira airport. Transfer to the retreat (approx. 40 minutes / €40) can be arranged upon request.

• Sunday (4:00 PM – 7:30 PM): Individual consultation with Amandine Galtier to design your personalized treatment program.

• For Panchakarma guests: an online pre-consultation is scheduled 10 days prior to arrival.

• 7:30 PM: Welcome dinner.
