VIRECHANA: Purgations
CUPPING: an ancient method that uses suction to create a massive influx of blood (hyperemia), resulting in decompression of the area where it is applied. Circulation improves, toxin drainage accelerates, and the decongestion has an analgesic effect which, depending on its location, stimulates the marma points.
SAUNA (SWEDANA): after or before your massage (depending on the type of treatment), enjoy the benefits of our Finnish lava stone sauna.
Feet and Legs

KANSU BOWL: Foot massage with ghee (clarified butter). The Kansu bowl is an alloy of five elements, primarily copper. This massage helps eliminate toxins, promotes sleep, calms anxiety, and balances Pitta. The treatment begins with a pressure massage of the legs, followed by a manual foot massage, and then the bowl massage. Suitable for bedridden individuals.
Contraindications for Ayurvedic treatment:
Recent surgery: it is best to wait 3 months after major surgery before undertaking an Ayurvedic treatment.
Menstruation: if you are planning to do a treatment or mini-treatment, choose a date outside of your period.
