We offer authentic Ayurvedic treatments in inspiring, vibrant and restorative spaces.

 

In France, it's difficult to offer Panchakarma treatments (see our article) , which require a minimum duration of three weeks, mainly due to the cost. Treatments are less expensive in India because they are in line with the local cost of living. After 10 years of annual trips to Ayurvedic clinics in India, we organized our last wonderful stay in February 2024. The length of the journey (nearly 17 hours between the plane and the taxi), the jet lag, and the significant air, water, and soil pollution (which certainly exists in France, but to a lesser extent) led us to rethink our approach.

 

We have chosen to adapt by offering one- or two-week stays and short breaks . The 14-day Panchakarma retreats require a 14-day preparation period for participants. Following an in-person or video consultation, we will send you a personalized protocol with dietary and lifestyle recommendations to prepare you for your two-week treatments.

 

Short courses of treatment are no less beneficial; always personalized, treatments are adapted to individual needs, and one or two karma sessions can be completed. Furthermore, they allow for the integration of new habits conducive to prevention and healing.

 

• Ardèche: We welcome you to Lagorce in the Ardèche region, near Vallon-Pont-d'Arc . With the Ô Banyan team, we offer one or two-week spa treatments , tailored to your needs and in groups of up to 9 people.

 

• Salles-d'Aude: we invite you to discover our intimate half-day to 3-day getaways and our personalized Purva karma treatments of 4 to 8 days, for cozy stays accompanied by sea air , 15 minutes from St-Pierre la mer.

• Morocco: once or twice a year, we invite you for one or two weeks (your choice), to an exceptional site, in harmony with the 5 elements.

 

Comfort doesn't preclude authenticity; you'll be welcomed into tranquil surroundings and benefit from treatments using exclusively organic products or those sourced from Ayurvedic clinics renowned for their professionalism and the quality of their ingredients. Our team includes experienced and highly qualified therapists.
