We offer authentic Ayurvedic treatments in inspiring, vibrant and restorative spaces.

 

In France, it's difficult to offer Panchakarma treatments (see our article) , which require a minimum duration of three weeks, mainly due to the cost. Treatments are less expensive in India because they are in line with the local cost of living. After 10 years of annual trips to Ayurvedic clinics in India, we organized our last wonderful stay in February 2024. The length of the journey (nearly 17 hours between the plane and the taxi), the jet lag, and the significant air, water, and soil pollution (which certainly exists in France, but to a lesser extent) led us to rethink our approach.

 

However, we invite those interested in Ayurveda to visit India and experience at least once an Ayurvedic treatment at the source; there are many facilities and you will find some addresses in our Partners section.

 

We have chosen to adapt by offering one- or two-week stays. The Panchakarma treatments, offered over 14 days, require a 14-day preparation period for participants. Following a consultation, either in person or via video call, we will send you a personalized protocol with dietary and lifestyle recommendations to prepare you for your two-week treatments.

 

One-week treatments are no less beneficial; always personalized, the treatments are adapted to individual needs, and one or two karma sessions can be completed. Furthermore, they allow for the integration of new habits conducive to prevention and healing.

 

We welcome you to Mas d'en Llinas in Castelnou, a medieval village nestled in the Pyrénées-Orientales, about 30 minutes from Perpignan. With the Ô Banyan team and Christian Ravinel, we offer one- or two-week wellness retreats, tailored to your needs and for groups of up to 10 people.

 

In July and August, we offer one-week spa treatments in small groups in Salles-d'Aude , in our family home located 15 minutes from St-Pierre la mer.

 

Finally, once a year, we offer a Panchakarma treatment in Sidi Kaouki (Morocco) , on an exceptional site and in harmony with the 5 elements.

 

Comfort doesn't preclude authenticity; you'll be welcomed into tranquil surroundings and benefit from treatments using exclusively organic products or those sourced from Ayurvedic clinics renowned for their professionalism and the quality of their ingredients. Our team includes experienced and highly qualified therapists.
