The Ayurvedic training and treatment center
The Ô BANYAN Ayurveda center is located in Salle-d'Aude (11), a village in the south of France situated at the foot of the Clape massif, 15 minutes from St Pierre-la-Mer.
We welcome students and spa guests to a large and pleasant family home in a quiet and pleasant area located 15 minutes from Narbonne train station served by regular buses to Salles.
We have 4 bedrooms, including a guest room for instructors. Those taking the waters and students have access to the Ojas double room, the Serenity cabin, and the Traveler's Room, while students have a small shared kitchen for complete independence.
There are also several accommodations available in and around the village for students.
We have two classrooms, including a yoga room, a sauna, and a saltwater pool available for you to enjoy in good weather.
By car, the beach of St Pierre-la-mer is 10 minutes away and you are 40 minutes from the first Cathar castles.
Students: For a smooth learning experience, Ayurvedic, organic, and vegetarian lunches are always included in the courses. For breakfast and dinner, students can shop at the supermarket located a 10-minute walk from the school or enjoy the village restaurant and others in the surrounding area.
Only the SERENITY wooden cabin has air conditioning, but each room is equipped with a high-end, silent ceiling fan.
Please note:
- Our 3 hens: Rose, Ginger and Tartine, roam freely on the SERENITY cabin side.
- We also have 4 cats but they are not allowed to enter the bedrooms and kitchen of the Traveler's room.

SERENITY Cabin: 1 double bed & 1 single bed – Private bathroom located ten steps outside
OJAS Guest Room: 1 double bed (1 person only) – Bathroom facilities shared with guests
Antique Dealer's Room (for staff only): 1 double bed – Bathroom facilities to be shared with guests.
