Amandine GALTIER

My discovery of Ayurveda more than 20 years ago, followed by my encounter with yoga in 2011 , led me to deepen my knowledge. After working as a geriatric nursing assistant and then retraining in horticulture, I began my studies independently and then at specialized schools (TAPOVAN, ARYM, Dr. SANKAR, AHIMSA, Dr. Robert E. SVOBODA, Dr. David FRAWLEY and other Ayurvedic centers), anatomy and yoga workshops (Stuart GIRLING, Caroline BOULINGUEZ, Petri RAÏSANEN, Mélanie COOPER, Arnaud KANCEL) and trips to India to visit Ayurvedic clinics every year since 2016.

Passionate about human functioning in its entirety , I always study through foundational texts but also and especially on my own and in the field, with the people I meet in the course of my work.

Jyotish (Vedic astrology) is also among the disciplines that inspire me. The study of the birth chart is a complementary tool in therapeutic support and in developing a comprehensive assessment of physical and mental health. I have studied and continue to study with François Leleu, Lara Pincemin, and Dr. David Frawley.

Ayurvedic body therapies are the specialties I have chosen to teach, based on the texts and my own experiences, with sincerity and authenticity. In parallel, and in collaboration with qualified professionals, we offer comprehensive training in Ayurveda.

Finally, in addition to transmission and accompanied by a team of passionate practitioners recognized for the quality of their work, I am committed to applying our knowledge and providing our care , within the framework of Ayurvedic treatments in France and Morocco and stays focused more on psychic healing in the Moroccan desert where I offer other tools such as the study and understanding of the symbolism of dreams which I have been exploring for 30 years.

The Ô BANYAN Vedic Science Centre exists to accompany us in self-knowledge, to help us evolve, to empower us and to become masters of our lives.

Dr. SANKAR

Dr. Sankar is an Ayurvedic physician and director of the AYURTODAY family clinic in GURUVAYUR, Kerala (India), originally founded by Dr. KR PRABHAKARAN 150 years ago. He also specializes in Marma Therapy and teaches modules on Marma Therapy, Nadi Pariksha, Ayurvedic Nutrition, and Gynecology. He also offers consultations at our center during his visits.

Saïda Boudina

Saïda, a practitioner of Ayurvedic treatments and massages in Forcalquier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, trained at Ô BANYAN and provides her services with expertise and compassion. You can relax completely in her hands during our Ayurvedic retreats in Castelnou and Morocco.

Sylvie Vannier

A medical secretary in gynecology for 20 years, Sylvie has been a body therapist for our treatments for the past 5 years. Passionate about healthy and refined cuisine, she has also studied Ayurvedic cooking, and we will have the pleasure of experiencing the flavors of her creations starting in October 2026. Gifted with a rare sensitivity, Sylvie approaches Ayurvedic cuisine as a true art form.

Cathy Grau

Cathy, an Ayurvedic body therapist practicing in Grabels and Montpellier (34), is also bilingual and our invaluable translator during training sessions with Dr. Sankar, Lisandro Maseret, and Javi de Gabriel. She also works as a therapist in our Ayurvedic treatments.

Eloise Bertulessi

A body therapist trained in Ayurveda at our school, Éloïse offers you the opportunity to benefit from her professionalism and expertise during our treatments in Castelnou and Salles-d'Aude. She also practices in Béziers, where she provides holistic support for both body and mind.

Christian RAVINEL

Chef and Ayurvedic practitioner Christian Ravinel, trained by Alex Duncan at the Ayurveda Source center, opened the doors of La Palombe in Octon to us, where we offered treatments for six years. He will continue to delight our palates with his inventive and wonderfully flavorful cuisine in 2026 during our treatments in Castelnou, a medieval village in the Pyrénées-Orientales.

Lionel Zingaretti

A Qi Gong instructor and Shiatsu practitioner for 20 years, Lionel began his practice of Eastern martial and energy arts in 1985. After practicing and studying various Japanese and Chinese traditions, he now dedicates himself to the study, practice, and teaching of Qi Gong, Yi Chuan, and Shiatsu. He has been teaching the Hijama (cupping) technique at our school for 8 years.

Christelle DE CARVALHO

Christelle, a practitioner of Ayurvedic treatments and massages, practices in Sigean (11). Trained in Ayurvedic treatments at our school, she is part of our team of therapists during our Ayurvedic treatments and provides her care with awareness and kindness.

Javi DE GABRIEL

A massage therapist for 10 years, Javi trained in India and Argentina, his country of origin. He teaches "Deep Connection" massage at our school, in collaboration with Lisandro Maseret. His teaching is based on conscious touch, which he conveys with kindness and professionalism. He lives and practices in Ibiza and also teaches in Amsterdam and Switzerland. He also regularly works as a therapist during our spa treatments in Octon.

Shreeni EDDAPURATH

Shreeni teaches Kalarippayattu at our school. Having begun practicing Kalarippayattu (a therapeutic and martial art from Kerala) and yoga at the age of 14 under the tutelage of Shri Balan Gurukkal, Shreeni has over 20 years of experience teaching these arts of living. Also trained in the fundamentals of Ayurveda by Dr. Sankar Narayanan, he continued to deepen his knowledge with Suvrathan Gurukkal for Kalarippayattu and Yoga Raj SunilDahiya for Sukshma Yoga.

Shreeni teaches Kalarippayattu, yoga, and Ayurvedic massage.
