Jyotish, literally "science of light," is one of the oldest disciplines in the Vedic tradition. Far more than a simple predictive tool, it offers a precise and nuanced reading of an individual's personality, life cycles, and deep-seated tendencies—through the study of their birth chart.

This workshop-conference offers you a first approach to this ancient discipline: understanding its foundations, discovering how Jyotish differs from Western astrology, and glimpsing what your own birth chart can reveal about you.

• Origins and foundations of Jyotish in the Vedic tradition

• The major differences with Western astrology

• The planets, the signs, and the houses: initial reference points

• The Nakshatra system: the 27 lunar asterisms and their significance

This workshop is open to everyone, beginners welcome. No prior knowledge of astrology is necessary — just the curiosity to better understand yourself and explore a self-reading rooted in a millennia-old tradition.
