SAUNDARYA & BOL KANSU
These two courses offer training in traditional treatments derived from Ayurvedic practice, combining manual massage, stimulation of marma points and the use of natural substances.
Each treatment is part of an approach aimed at supporting the balance of the doshas, while promoting relaxation, vitality and overall well-being.
Students will study the theoretical foundations of Ayurveda, the indications, the application protocols, and the precautions necessary for safe practice.
🔎 KANSU BOWL
The Kansu Bowl is a traditional Ayurvedic foot treatment performed using a small bowl made of an alloy of five metals.
The massage begins with a manual foot massage using ghee (clarified butter), followed by specific work on the arch of the foot with the kansu bowl, which stimulates certain energy points and marmas of the foot.

The treatment is also associated with the stimulation of Apana Vayu , involved in the functions of elimination and energetic grounding.

Saundarya is a beauty ritual inspired by traditional Indian practices, combining facial massage, natural treatments, and marma point stimulation. This treatment includes a relaxing and rejuvenating facial massage, followed by the application of a scrub and mask made from natural ingredients. While the mask is setting, an oil massage is performed on the hands to prolong the relaxing and energy-balancing effects.
