DEEP CONNECTION MASSAGE

Deep Connection Massage is a bodywork approach developed by Javi De Gabriel through his explorations and learning in different traditions of bodywork, including Ayurvedic, Thai and Esalen massages, as well as meditative practices from yoga.

This massage is characterized by a deep, enveloping, and mindful approach, in which the practitioner's presence is central. Beyond technique, this treatment encourages the development of attentive contact, allowing the recipient to enter an experience of profound relaxation and reconnection with themselves.

The practice is a form of moving meditation, where touch, breath, and body awareness become essential elements of the treatment. This approach fosters an awareness of the body and breath and can lead the recipient to a deeper state of relaxation and presence.

Learning Deep Connection Massage is therefore based as much on the integration of manual techniques as on the development of the practitioner's presence and relational quality.

Teacher's career path

After several years working in the corporate world, Javi De Gabriel embarked on a path of personal transformation that led him to study traditional Chinese medicine and acupressure.

He then continued his journey in India, where he studied Iyengar yoga for four years, while training in various massage and bodywork techniques, including Ayurvedic, Thai and Esalen.

In 2015, he developed Deep Connection Massage, a synthesis of these different influences and his experience in bodywork and meditative techniques.

For more than seven years, he has been transmitting this approach within our school as well as in various training centers, notably in Amsterdam and Switzerland.

Learn a complete protocol for deep and enveloping massage

° Explore the relationship between breath, movement and touch

° Refine body awareness and the quality of contact with the recipient

🎓PROGRAM

Fundamental principles of Deep Connection Massage

° Work on presence, quality of touch and body awareness

° Learning specific manual techniques

° Working on breath and rhythm in massage

° Introduction to experiencing energy dynamics in the body

° Integration of different techniques into a fluid protocol

° Duration: 5 days - 35 hours

A certificate is awarded upon completion of the training.
